If you have to cancel or change your appointment in any way, I ask for 48hrs notice.
If you cancel after this, you will owe me the full fee.
If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, it will be considered cancelled and you will be charged the full appointment fee.
If you have to cancel because of illness, please give me as much notice as you can. There will be no cancellation fees for this.
